Data Security and via.vision
via.vision abides by the highest standards to ensure the security of our customers’ data. As such, we have set ourselves the standard of not only complying with legal requirements, but also taking steps to ensure customer trust and protection. We will never sell any of our customer’s data to any third parties. We only use the data within the scope permitted by relevant regulations and the customer.
Encryption:
via.vision uses Advanced Encryption Standard to secure data at rest and SSL/TLS encryption (Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security) to protect incoming and outgoing data. All data passing from our servers is encrypted.
Stability:
Our development team routinely monitors the performance of via.vision systems in order to catch performance issues before customers do. This allows us to adjust and make changes when needed to solve problems before they happen.
Accessibility:
Authentication for using via.vision accounts is performed using passwords stored in encrypted format. Accessing internal resources is also subject to authentication. We automatically mask sensitive data and do not record it. Access to customer data is only available to employees who require it for maintenance and service procedures.
